Meet the Founder
My name is Adriana Czerwińska, and I’m a nail Educator based in London.
I started doing nails 6 years ago, after struggling to find results I was truly satisfied with. What began as a personal need quickly turned into a career built on consistency, discipline, and continuous growth.
Over time, I invested in multiple trainings, but not all of them met the standard I was looking for. That experience showed me how important the right education really is - clear, detailed, and focused on real technique.
This industry is constantly evolving, which is why growth is so important to me. I keep learning, stay curious, and refine my approach with every set.
Today, my work is focused on precision, minimalism, and healthy nails. I specialise in thin but durable structures - especially in BIAB and hard gel - combined with a refined Russian manicure approach: detailed cuticle work, done safely and with intention.
Now, I share that knowledge with other nail artists.
I believe in raising standards - through honest education, safe techniques, and attention to detail - so that your work not only looks beautiful, but is built to last.
